- I’ve seen variations of this recipe with and without lettuce so choose your own adventure! It seems that slaai can be prepared a variety of ways so I tried to narrow it down to the ingredients I’ve seen the most consistently.

Ingredients
3 Avocados
1 cup Peanuts, crushed
1 cup Radishes
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Ginger, grated fresh
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Slice radish super thin, micro plane ginger, crush peanuts, and dice avocado. Add to a bowl with lemon juice and toss.
- Slowly salt to taste until desired saltiness is reached. Serve immediately.
